We are recruiting for a reputable and growing investment business based in Bury St Edmunds, with free parking, a short walk from the beautiful Abbey Gardens and easily commutable by rail. They are seeking a Development Coordinator to assist the Development Team with the planning and technical requirements of the company such as land appraisal and feasibility projects.

What is the job?
Working collaboratively as part of the wider Development Team you will be responsible for assisting with the development process from land appraisal to sale. This will involve online research, project management meetings, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and working with communities.

What do I need?
• Must have experience within a construction related discipline (essential)
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel (essential)
• HNC level qualification in Construction or similar discipline (desirable)
• Project Management experience ideally qualified (desirable)

This position is open to candidates from graduate with limited experience through to qualified professionals with significant experience in industry and salary is flexible to accommodate both levels of experience.
