A Customer Success Representative is required to work for a fantastic company located in Cambridge. This is a full time permanent role with a salary ranging between £20,000 - £25,000PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the engagement and relationship management of the assigned customers
• Develop long-lasting business relationship with new customers
• Driving the success of the company's customers
• Provide recommendations to customers
• Stimulate customers to use the services offered by company's Platform
• Understand & address customer requests, documenting and engaging appropriate resources
• Work closely with the sales, marketing and technical teams, represent the customer within the organization

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a role that required direct engagement with customers
• A well organized, self-motivated and with technical aptitude person
• Comfortable to work within a data driven team
• Curious mindsight and pro active
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to actively engage, listen, influence and steer discussions with customers
• Ability to present to external customers at varying levels across various mediums
