Daily duties will include;
- Answering calls and emails
- Supporting clients and answering any queries
- Managing calenders, schedules and coordinating meetings
- Working to deadlines
- Managing reports
- Supporting Heads of with planning and budgeting
- Liaising with finance
- Logging contract queries
You will have intermediate Excel skills and be confident on Word. You will need to have a 'can do' attitude and a ambitious nature.
