As Client Service Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager. This role entails and large variety of duties and may be adjusted to provide development opportunities.
• Answering email enquiries via ticketing system
• Proactively assisting clients/ prospective clients in making decisions to purchase the companies services
• Booking Appointments
• Booking hotels and travel
• Sending out correspondence using client management system
• Organising courier logistics, both within the UK and international
• Communicating with insurance companies
Experience/ Skills required
• GCSE in Maths and English
• Experience working in an environment where high quality customer service is valued
• High level of attention to detail
• Willing to acquire new responsibilities and develop a skill set
