We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a well established company based in Ipswich town centre. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Property Administrator. Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a well established team to carry out all administration for the companies large portfolio of properties across the UK
  • Management of rent reviews, lease renewals and tenant enquiries
  • Interact with customers politely and efficiently in order to convey a positive image of the business and to build loyalty and enhance customer relations
  • Respond to day to day compliance enquiries from the team
  • Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date on the in-house systems

Key Skills
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, have good attention to detail and be a team player
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's grades A-C to include Maths and English
  • Good computer skills including MS Office
  • Previous experience within property would be an advantage

This role is working Monday to Friday, 9am - 17.30 and offers a salary of £15,100 - £18,000 per annum.
