We are currently recruiting a number of customer service / admin temps to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Ipswich.

This role will be working on a shift basis covering hours between 6am - 9pm with some Saturdays included, this is a 40 hour week and paying £11.53ph.

The role;
• Record and review customs requests.
• Update systems
• Liaise with clients to ensure needs are met
• Ensure sufficient information is received and shared with the carriers
• Be aware of, and act in accordance with, all policies
• Bring to the attention of your manager any matter that could be detrimental to the wellbeing of the Company
• Carry out any other duties which may reasonably be required by your manager

Skills;
• Strong Administration and data entry
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
• Experience of customs process would be an advantage

Due to the location of the offices the successful candidates will need to have their own transport, this role will also require an immediate start.
