Our client, a growing and leading business in there sector, are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance department. The role will report into the Team Leader and will suit and experienced Accounts Payable person who can perform daily tasks in the invoice to payment process ensuring that supplier invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner.

Our client offers a vibrant and friendly environment in addition to flexible working hours and the ability to work from home one to two days a week.

The role:-
• Processing and matching a high volume of both general expense and stock invoices using optical character recognition, ensuring all deadlines are met for payment processing
• Supplier statement reconciliations to resolve invoice discrepancies where goods have not been received in
• Preparation and production of supplier payments
• Administration of Purchase Orders
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
• Balance Sheet reconciliations

What we're looking for:-
• Experience within an accounts payable function
• Industry experience within Retail or Manufacturing highly desirable
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Good attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously if needed
