The successful candidate will ideally newly or almost AAT qualified looking for the next challenge. This position sits in the firms Managed Accounting Service Department, providing a virtual back office facility to client companies and organisations, including bookkeeping, management reporting, credit control and general business support. With the team growing and great prospects for growth of work, this is an exciting time to join a firm who hold an outstanding reputation for quality and expertise in Cambridge.
Responsibilities of the role include:
• Working closely with clients on their accounting and reporting requirements
• Ensuring timely completion of all aspects of accounts preparation and management reporting for clients
• General bookkeeping and financial reporting
The successful candidate will be someone who is process-driven, articulate, analytical and agile; someone who can add value to clients by thinking protectively and proving both analysis and advice. Familiarity with Xero and Quickbooks would be desirable.
The role is based Cambridge City Centre and has plenty of on site parking. The company is accessible via Cambridge train station and public transport.
