Working with this leading business, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of infrastructure and applications, with clients across the UK. As the first point of contact for customers, you will need to have strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help solve a range of issues.
Experience with internal or outsourced IT Support
Good communication skills
A 'can do' attitude to learn new skills, and solve clients issues
Flexible, willing to travel, with a full driving license
Due to the broad spectrum of technologies supplied, it is really important that you are focused and enthusiastic to learn. Training is provided on internal processes and technologies.
