Company Overview:

A fantastic opportunity has become available with one of Cambridge's most prestigious Pharmaceutical businesses on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The company is a world leader in its field and has an incredible reputation built from it's portfolio of medicines.
Successful candidates will be working at their leading Cambridge site which offers a fantastic office environment and excellent local amenities along with their benefits package.

Key Tasks:

  • You will be responsible for actively supporting the user community and working within a team to ensure efficiency.
  • You will troubleshoot at first and second line working to resolve issues and manage the ticket
  • Escalation where necessary to collaborate with the 3rd line team
  • Use ServiceNow to manage all ticket information
  • Procurement of hardware where appropriate
  • Some software and hardware installation
  • Working with the wider team to offer ideas and contribute to process improvement

Essential Experience:

  • Strong Windows 7/10 knowledge
  • Supporting Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office365 and Skype for Business
  • Some Sharepoint administration skills
  • Some Networking skills also beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm attitude
