Successful candidates will be working at their leading Cambridge site which offers a fantastic office environment and excellent local amenities along with their benefits package.
- You will be responsible for actively supporting the user community and working within a team to ensure efficiency.
- You will troubleshoot at first and second line working to resolve issues and manage the ticket
- Escalation where necessary to collaborate with the 3rd line team
- Use ServiceNow to manage all ticket information
- Procurement of hardware where appropriate
- Some software and hardware installation
- Working with the wider team to offer ideas and contribute to process improvement
- Strong Windows 7/10 knowledge
- Supporting Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office365 and Skype for Business
- Some Sharepoint administration skills
- Some Networking skills also beneficial
- Excellent communication skills with a calm attitude
