- on-line skills testing to utilise as part of your interview process, including Microsoft packages and tools such as verbal and numerical reasoning.
- support in creating a bespoke competency interview framework.
- two free Quest personality profiling reports per role (these usually cost £100 each). You’ll also get time with a specially trained consultant to interpret the results. Use these to create more targeted questions during interviews, and identify candidates who’ll fit with your team dynamic.
- use of our office space to hold interviews and a consultant to offer expert help and advice both during and post interviews.
