The Company
Pure have partnered with an exciting life science tech company in Cambridge to recruit a UX/UI Designer. Having just secured a multi million dollar investment they are ready to take their product to the next level and you will support the key stages of development in new software/architecture.

The Role - Your responsibilities will include:
  • Working with BA team to understand requirements
  • Development of visual prototypes, including wireframes for design concepts
  • Taking wireframes and concepts and developing html based UI prototypes/low level design
  • Working with Development team to transition design concepts and support during the build phase
  • Working with development to ensure integration of UI design, provide troubleshooting support with CSS and HTML code when required
  • Conducting design testing, experience of analytical design testing would be an advantage for the product rebuild
  • Evaluating tool set for visual design concepts

You - Ideally you will have experience in:
  • Visual Communication techniques
  • Wireframing and prototyping techniques, experience of tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq, Justinmind Interaction Design methodology
  • Experience of Agile SDLC and applying Interaction Design to support Agile SDLC
  • Conducting User Experience Research
  • Data visualization design is an advantage but not essential
  • Development in: HTML, CSS
The following are advantageous but not critical:
  • JavaScript / JQuery / JSON
  • Telerik Kendo UI
