Key Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers, farmers and hauliers advising them of delivery plans
  • Scheduling jobs and advising drivers
  • Keeping customers updated on the status of their deliveries
  • Operating administration systems and ensuring all records are dealt with efficiently
  • Checking drivers timesheets, paperwork and weekly folders
  • Order uniforms and PPE
  • Ensuring the commodity movements operate in a planned manner

Key Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Experience within a administration role is essential
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise workload
