A part time Training and HR Programme Administrator are required to work for a fantastic company located on Barnwell Road in Cambridge. The role requires someone to work 2 days per week Thursday and Friday 8:30am 5:30pm.

Job Purpose
To provide an efficient administrative support to the L&D team and to the HR Programme Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Providing training support to new starter manager and customer facing colleagues
• Maintain accurate training records to assist in the effective running of the department. These records will involve the maintenance of different IT systems.
• Support the L&D academy in the full range of training activities including arranging all training courses, this includes booking rooms, issuing joining instructions, arranging catering and any equipment required including course materials
• Engage with internal and external customers in a courteous and efficient manner
• Monitor the compliance system results and communicate these results to the HR Director
• Administer and Co-ordinate HR Colleague programmes
• Create purchase orders and ensure invoices are dealt with in the correct manner
• Plan and co-ordinate internal and external meetings
