An international manufacturing business currently seek a payroll integration manager on an interim basis. This role will support

The main duties of this role will be to merge numerous sites into one core system. The business currently use a mixture of systems and outsourced payroll accountants and processes across numerous sites so the successful applicant will bring all of this on site in Cambridge. Successful applicants will have strong payroll experience and will have ideally have knowledge of integrating payroll and hr systems.

Currently all the different sites run their payrolls on different days but this needs to be changed to everyone being paid on the same day - this will create some push back within the group so successful candidates will need to be strong willed and able to deal with tricky situations. Candidates must be confident in there payroll and systems knowledge.

This position will be supported by a payroll administrator.

Candidates must be technically strong, have good payroll experience and also be system savvy. Candidates must be computer literate and able to deal with high volumes of data and processes.

Candidates who have international payroll experience aswell as leading a team through a payroll integration would be at an advantage.
