The main duties of the role will be as follows:
Monthly payroll data input for around 100 employees
Payroll query resolving
Processing of all necessary HMRC requirements
P60's, P45's and P11d's
SMP, SSP and SPP knowledge
Sending of new starter contracts
Make payments using SVB bank's online system
Post ad hoc payments GBP and currency into accounts system
Weekly bank reconciliation GBP Euro & USD
Assist with Purchase Ledger, holiday cover etc.
Processing supplier invoices
Supplier Statement reconciliation
Candidates must have strong payroll knowledge and must also possess accounting experience. Candidates must be computer literate, bright and have experience of working in a demanding environment.
