The main duties of the role will be as follows:
- Coding and processing invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reconciling accounts
- Preparing payments
- Adhoc finance administration tasks
The company use Quickbooks so experience of that system is desirable. Candidates will initially be working from home but in due course will be required to work in the office. Please note the office doesn't have parking.
They're looking for candidates who are flexible as you may have to take on some tasks that are outside of the job spec.
