The main duties of the role are as follows:
• Administrative and data entry tasks
• Approval and processing of Direct debits on the system
• Researching companies on companies House to obtain company information and update accordingly
• Missing direct debits - contacting necessary colleagues/customers for missing DD forms.
• Contacting clients to confirm bank details
• Recording invoices and responses
• Ad Hoc Admin tasks
Candidates must be immediately available and must have strong communication and IT skills. This role requires candidates who have good attention to detail.
