A company based near Witham are seeking a well organised Team Administrator to join their busy department. Working in a pleasant environment, the ideal candidate will come from a office based background and have experience supporting a large team, You will be focussed and professional, capable of liaising with staff and customers alike and have good data entry skills. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to interact with other departments regarding detailed work.

Duties will include;

- Providing support to team and customers
- Liaising with internal departments to gain relevant information required
- Collating all information to produce Excel spreadsheets
- Updating IT system with all details
- Amend details for customer and sending revised information
- Ensure payments are received on time
- Ensure documentation is correct
- Identify any improvements

You will need to be self-motivated and concientious and able work well in a team environment.
