Our fast growing company based in Upminster are currently seeking a Supply Chain/Course Coordinator to join their team, this role will involve managing the operation of courses and events run by the Supply Chain Academy.

• Organising and coordinating all Supply Chain Academy programmes and activities, faculty members and support staff
• Maintaining the Learner Management System to ensure it is up to date
• Fielding calls and email enquiries from clients
• Facilitating good relationships and teamwork among staff and faculty
• Maintaining in conjunction with the Marketing team, the SCA website infrastructure, content & functionality
• Coordinating in conjunction with the management team, all aspects of events
• Coordinating all course bookings and associated administration.
• Reviewing, developing and improving the structure and operation of the Academy's administrative systems
• Coordinating finances, invoicing and collection of course fees
• Ensuring that the needs of visiting lecturers, tutors and mentors are met

Skills and Experience

• Good attention to detail & Organisational skills
• Customer service Skills
• Assertiveness
• Previous administration experience
• Proactive, flexible and change orientated
• Knowledge of database systems
• Knowledge of accounting systems

• Previous experience of using Learner/Trainer Management System
• Previous Training/L&D administration experience
• Experience in all aspects of sales/purchase ledger and credit control
