If so, I am recruiting for an IT Service Desk position for a leading local digital media business who have a huge portfolio and prominence, not only in East Anglia but the whole of the UK.
Working with this hugely successful business, you will be part of a dynamic Helpdesk team and be responsible for supporting a variety of technologies and users across 1st and 2nd Line. As the first point of contact for customers, you will need to have strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help solve a range of system issues.
. Previous IT Support experience
. Strong communication to support users via telephone, remote access and in person
. Knowledge of basic server and network principles
. Experience with working towards tight deadlines within a busy service environment with clear SLA's
. A degree in an IT related field, ITIL qualifications or certificates in Microsoft or equivalent is advantageous but not essential
