I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst for a large organisation based in the Norwich city centre. You will be joining a large and dedicated IT team providing 1st line support to internal clients with al, IT incidents.
You will have a good background in customer service with some experience working with commercial IT systems. In return my client can offer an opportunity to either support you in your first commercial IT role or provide you with the platform to further hone your skills.
