The role will involve managing incoming calls from customers and clients, regarding product queiries and services, resolving them where possible or esculating them to service engineers, arranging the dispatch of engineers to external clients, logging them all onto their internal management system.
The ideal candidate will have: a high level of customer service experience, preferably customer facing, however other forms will be considered. A strong geographical knowledge of the UK, strong computer skills with databases and microsoft office. Good levels of Maths and English would also be desirable.
Being predominantly telephone based, an excellent telephone manner and confident nature will be required to be successful in application.
