Pure are pleased to be recruiting a Senior Third Party Claims Handler on behalf of our well establish client based in Ipswich. They are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with previous experience in Claims to join their ever growing team. To be successful you will need the drive required to meet and exceed customer expectations, build internal and external relationships and service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• To liaise with Clients regarding settlements of complex / high value cases
• Ensure all liability requirements allow you to negotiate settlement of customer claims
• Identify and resolve potential fraud, repudiation and voidance
• Ensure customer complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 5 days
• Achieve a minimum goal on quality audits
• Corresponding with all parties by telephone, letter and any other means

Skills & Knowledge:
• Knowledge of the Financial Conduct Authority, Data Protection, Financial Ombudsman Service and Motor Insurers Bureau
• Handling of Non-MOJ Personal Injury claims
• Competent in Personal Injury and Third Party Property Damage / Loss processes
• Excellent telephone techniques
• Strong understand of Claims Systems
• Confidence to escalate customer complaints of issues to a more senior member of staff if necessary
• Good IT skills including MS Office
• Possess excellent data accuracy skills
