• Working as part of an experienced Service Desk team you will work with clients to resolve their business needs.
• Working with and supporting on-site account managers
• Helping to improve clients IT services, suggesting new ideas and efficiencies
• Mentoring and providing support to the 1st line Service Desk team
• To act as point of escalation for more advanced IT issues and be able to resolve them effectively.
• Keeping on top of incoming tickets, being organised and managing own time efficiently.
• Managing clients professionally and effectively upholding highest levels of customer service at all times.
What experience do you need?
• Have experience in a similar role and be able to support the team from day 1.
• Experience with a wide variety of tech with a particular focus towards servers and cloud based tech.
• Be passionate about tech, someone who wants to get to the bottom of problems and resolve them.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proactive, motivated and organised mentality
• Fantastic problem-solving skills
• Keen to learn and progress within the company
