The purpose of the role is to work in partnership with the senior managers to drive their people plans to achieve their strategic aims and objectives.
You will be an experienced HR Generalist who is operating at a senior level, partnering with leaders of your organisation, having strategic conversations whilst being able to roll up your sleeves and manage the day to day operational HR.
Experience will include - people management, HR workforce planning, managing change, re-organisation and project management.
You will be a natural communicator who has excellent communication skills including writing reports and papers.
