Senior HR Business Advisor - Part TimeReference: J52448
In this newly created role, the HR Business Advisor will work closely with the Management team dealing with all aspects of HR and the Employee lifecycle.
Key accountabilities will include:
• Working with managers in dealing with all areas of employee relations
• Develop clear talent acquisition plans in line with business growth and objectives
• Develop a training and development framework across all levels of the organisation
• Working across a full generalist remit including Reward and Benefits, Change Management and professional development
To be considered for this position, you will be CIPD qualified with evidence of working within an HR Managerial position. You will have a strong commitment to service delivery and the promotion of service excellence as well as the ability to build excellent working relationships across the business.
This role is offered on a part time basis of 15 hours a week ( days can be flexible)
