Salary£60000 - £75000 per annum
Reporting to the Head of Compensation, you will form part of a global compensation team operating at a Senior Global Compensation Manager level.

This is an opportunity to join a highly inquisitive global business as their Senior Global Compensation Manager focusing on the EMEA region.

As the Senior Global Compensation Manager, you will be involved in the design, development and execution of the corporate compensation programs and initiatives by providing consultative advice, research and analytical support.

The scope of this role involves job evaluations, salary surveys, development of salary and equity and variable pay administration processes.

You will have advanced excel skills and be highly analytical including analysis and forecasting for purposes of costing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in compensation including mathematical and analytical skills as well as influencing and negotiation skills. You will have worked in a global business previously.
