Senior Account Manager - Electronics

A truly exciting opportunity in one of the regions fastest hi tech growing businesses.

Joining a leader in supply chain management for the electronics manufacturing industry this is a newly created role to strengthen their growing team.

Duties include
• End to end management of customer accounts
• RFQ/BOM management
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure that you get the very best price and service
• Meeting with customers and suppliers face to face to strengthen relationships
• Utilising your extensive manufacturing and supply chain experience to deliver great service and maximise opportunities
• Providing ideas to develop company solutions and innovation.
• Work with other members of the team to identifying any patterns in both lost and won quotes.

Key Skills and Knowledge
• Extensive product knowledge of electronic components, semi conductors and cable assemblies etc
• Personable and a great relationship builder, confident in building rapport over the phone and face to face
• Passionate about delivering great service to your customers
• Eye for spotting new opportunities
• Ability to be both reactive and proactive
• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively but that can also self-manage and motivate
• Full UK drivers licence
