A global business based in Swavesey currently seek a permanent Sales Ledger Administrator to join them as soon as possible. The business offer excellent benefits, free on site parking and flexible working hours.


The main duties of the role are as follows:
§Checking and preparing sales invoices for posting
§Intercompany pricing and invoice preparation
§Entering cash receipts and posting bank charges
§Credit Control
§Credit Insurance Conformity
§Processing sales orders as and when required
§Shipping samples via couriers when required
§Business system improvements
§Maintaining and raising contracts on GP
§Maintaining database and raising invoices
§Sales Tax
§Cashflow/maintaining operations purchase order dates

Candidates must have experience of the following:
-Previous experience in a credit control position including dealing with Sales Ledger and Banking
-Experience of handling confidential company and personal information
-Ability to carry out detailed and accurate work
-Ability to plan own workload to meet deadlines
-Ability to deliver accurate and well supported reports and information
-Ability to deal with people at all levels and handle issues diplomatically and professionally
-Microsoft Office
