Pure are currently recruiting a Sales & Business Development Manager for a client based on the outskirts of Colchester. The successful candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry, be confident in making new relationships as well as looking after existing business. Our client are flexible on full time or part time hours for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for delivering the corporate sales plan through new and existing business
  • Contact new and existing contacts via scheduled telephone calls and meetings
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Liaise with external agencies, communicating special offers and news bulletins
  • Generate and follow up leads for new business
  • Represent the brand by attending meetings, conferences and events
  • Conduct competitor analysis
  • Manage client enquiries

Key Skills
  • Experience of a similar role within a hospitality setting
  • Proven Business development knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport
  • IT proficient - strong MS Office knowledge
