• Setting up online searches in order to resource for candidates on the database
• Using marketing techniques with existing candidates
• Formatting CV's in preparation to be sent to clients
• Negotiating with candidates
• Updating databases
• General sales administration duties
• Answering incoming calls, passing on messages where necessary
• Visiting customers with managers
This role is currently based remotely with a few days working in the office in your first week for training, and interviews will take place virtually.
