Pure are delighted to be recruiting for a Reservations Manager to join a well established leisure facility based on the outskirts of Colchester. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience within a reservations role or within a call centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to successfully confirm reservations via telephone, chase leads and follow up on business generation opportunities
  • Schedule tasks for team members on a daily basis
  • Ensure team members work to company standards and regulations
  • Hold 1-1 review meetings and appraisals, setting targets and dealing with any staff grievances
  • Analyse call statistics and produce reports
  • Deal with any escalated complaints through to resolution

Key skills
  • Team Leader or Manager experience is essential
  • Experience in scheduling work and looking after a team
  • A proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with the ability to run reports and extract data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A knowledge of the travel industry or call centre environment would be beneficial
