The role of Resourcer is responsible for the support of a recruitment team and sourcing candidates for a variety of specialist positions. You will have the ability to multi-task and be someone who is highly self motivated and able to work well in a team.

The main focus of the role will be to identify and utilise all methods available to find specifically skilled and high quality candidates. Additionally, the role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the candidate database, and providing ongoing administrative support including compliance.

We are looking for:

Essential skills required:
  • A confident telephone manner and professional customer service skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
