The main remit of role includes:
· To lead on all aspects of recruitment across different locations to ensure consistent high standards of recruitment and a positive candidate experience
· To review and update current recruitment practices to ensure all recruitment activity delivers the required skills and experience to support achievement of business goals
· To work with line managers to plan recruitment where possible and agree the best approach to deliver the right candidates.
· Develop reports to track all recruitment to illustrate costs, method and quality of hire
· Use direct recruitment tools such as Linked In to search for and approach the right candidates for roles
· Use appropriate online job boards to attract the right candidates for roles
· Review CVs to ensure line managers only see candidates who meet the brief.
· Work with HR and L&D to deliver a positive onboarding experience for new joiners.
· An experienced recruiter who may have worked in house or at an agency
· Has experience of recruiting a variety of roles
· Happy working in a standalone recruitment role as part of a wider HR team
Candidates should be flexible and able to work occasionally in other offices.
