A Recruitment Coordinator is required to work for a fantastic company located at the Westbrook centre in Cambridge. This is a full time permanent role with a salary ranging between £20k- £26K depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Monitor the recruitment in-box and being the first point of contact for queries from hiring managers, candidates and recruitment agencies
• Maintaining the applicant tracking system
• Advertising vacancies online, on job boards and social media
• Scheduling interview and organising candidates testing as required
• Conduct interviews and work closely with managers to make successful appointment s
• Obtain and provide candidate feedback
• Processing recruitment invoices
• Produces and analyse recruitment data

Skills required
• Previous experience administering the recruitment process
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility
• Excellent organisational skills
• Customer focused, delivering the best service to internal and external stakeholders
• Strong MS excel and word skills
• Passion and ability to work as a positive, collaborative, enthusiastic, ambitious and contributing team member with a real desire to be part of the team.
