Temporary Assignment
Based at Cambridge Science Park

Currently partnering with an exciting pharmaceutical business based on Cambridge Science Park who are looking to add an experienced Purchasing and Contract Administrator to their already established team. This company has multiple awards under it's belt recognising it's staff satisfaction rates and offers an incredible working environment. You will have free parking available as well as a subsidised restaurant.

Key Tasks:

Purchasing of both hardware and software as and when required
Monitoring of software license renewal dates
Maintaining inventory of existing hardware and any potential replacements
Contract review and writing to an excellent standard
Liaising with various tech vendors and suppliers managing working relationships

Essential Experience:

Experience within a procurement or purchasing role ideally within a tech environment
Experience purchasing tech hardware and software
Inventory management
Contract review and writing skills
Experience managing third parties including vendors
Excellent communication skills
Happy to work within a team
