Pure Resourcing Solutions are recruiting an Purchase Ledger Clerk for an established business in Colchester on a permanent basis.

We are looking for candidates with recent purchase ledger experience or somebody studying towards their AAT.

This position would be perfect for somebody looking to start their finance career.

Duties

• Responsible for generating payment runs
• Ensure all payment runs are signed off by authorised signatories and that treasury have been advised of payment amounts prior to runs
• Resolve payment rejection queries
• General purchase ledger maintenance and reporting
• Uploading & processing of invoices/payment request forms
• Debit balance dispute resolution
• Maintenance and matching for PO Orders

Excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm and being able to work as a team is essential for this role.
