Pure are looking to recruit a part-time Purchase Ledger to work a 12 month fixed term contract based on the outskirts of Ipswich, working 3 days a week one must be a Thursdays.
Reporting to the Finance Team Leader, you will assist in the processing of purchase invoices, cash reconciliation and query resolution ensuring that our suppliers are paid in a timely fashion.
• Invoice processing - ensuring that invoices are appropriately approved and are matched to associated purchase order and delivery note.
• Query resolution - where invoices do not match the purchase order, liaising with supplier and buying department to resolve the issue.
• Credit claims - liaising with supplier to ensure claims for credit are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Weekly cash reconciliations.
