Pure are delighted to be recruiting for a Property Management Team Manager for a Financial Services organisation based in central Ipswich. Within this role you will be responsible for managing the Property Management Team, coordinating the day to day activity meeting customer expectations and company standards. Alongside this, you will also manage you own caseload of work.

Duties include;

  • Being responsible for overseeing tenant and investor relationships along with all associated legal and technical queries, lease change transactions and all development projects to include repairs and refurbishments
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Be a subject expert on technical property queries, ensuring to keep up to date with legislation and valuation standards
  • Managing your own transactional caseload of complex property lease change and construction matters to meet customer requirements
  • Reviewing, analysing and interpreting legal documents, identifying risk and liability and implementing solutions to mitigate risk
  • Investigating issues escalated by the team, agreeing resolutions and making recommendations
  • Reviewing team output to ensure company standards are achieved at all times
  • Holding regular review meetings with staff ensuring training is up to date and targets are agreed

Skills required;
  • Professional Qualification such as Property Solicitor, Paralegal, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer is desirable
  • 5 GCSE's at grades A-C (or equivalent) to include Maths and English is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial property, environmental legislation, VAT and CDM regulations
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Able to prioritise workload and meet given timeframes
