The role will involve the following:
qManagement of a project to reconcile divisional spend and implement a system for managing and monitoring future spend
qProcess all invoices
qReconciling of supplier statements
qLiaise with the training team and divisional finance team to reconcile historical spend
qLiaise with key customers and suppliers in order to resolve outstanding payment queries
qAssist with additional administrative tasks, as directed
qAssist with any ad hoc projects and tasks, as required
