Pure are currently recruiting an exciting role for a Senior Project Accountant to join a fast growing company based in Bury St Edmunds on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
This role will provide support to the Finance Director as well as the overall finance team. It will offer business partnering across the organisation to handle a variety of new and ongoing projects, therefore offering fantastic exposure across the business and the opportunity to add real value to the company
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Take the lead on a major system upgrade project acting as the main liaison between finance and IT
- Preparing monthly reports on the progress of key projects across the business
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Developing and implementing new commercial and operational initiatives
- Other adhoc tasks and projects as required
Key skills:
- Qualified accountant or qualified by experience, with relevant commercial experience
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling business costings and systems
- Willing to go the extra mile to provide outstanding service support across the business
