A lead project/programme post supporting the rapid development and growth of an exciting new SAAS product.

We are looking for an experienced and commercial Programme Manager with a balance of technical experience within software, and the commercial and strategic skills to work closely with senior management and blue-chip businesses on all steps of projects through from initial scoping to development, establishment, integration and post completion.

This is a highly exciting opportunity to work internationally with a rapidly expanding group in a hands on and progressive position key to the company's success and development.

Primary responsibilities:

üOwn execution of major projects from start to finish, ensuring maximum efficiency and high quality results
üDetermine and define project scope and objectives working with multiple stakeholders
üPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
üPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
üTrack project costs in order to meet budget
üDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
üWork with and/or influence stakeholders/others as required to execute to plan
üProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
üEscalate changes to plan to stakeholders for review / approval
üMeticulously track & report on changes to plan
üUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
üWorking with software engineers, marketing, product and senior teams
üOrganise testing and sign-off for output from the development team
üManage requests for change control during project lifecycles
üUnderstanding of governance, controls and process as well as KPI's/SLA's
üWorking on product development and process engineering
üCollaborating with partners and working with end users/clients (predominantly blue-chip businesses) on integrations, product and feedback.

Requirements & skills - A wish list…

• Experience in similar project management roles ideally at least 3 years' experience
• SAAS, software and technology exposure across a number of industry verticals
• High degree of diligence and professionalism, meticulous with excellent attention to detail
• Experience delivering cross-border projects across multiple time zones
• Outstanding multi-project management skills and priority management
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills
• Have a high level of numeracy, literacy and be able to generate high quality reporting
• The ability to work in a targeted and fast paced environment
• Positive attitude and a great sense of humour!
• Experience of project management programs such as MS Project, Jira and a working exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Understanding of financial processes, currencies and financial terminology
