We are excited to be working with a fantastic financial services organisation who are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Claims Handler. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own portfolio of claims resolving them to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing PI claims from start to finish
  • Recover losses on behalf of insurers and/or clients
  • To be the point of contact for clients delivering exceptional customer service
  • Work with team to suggest any efficiencies that can be made
  • Meet agreed KPI's

Key Skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Accurate data entry ability
  • Good problem solver
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience within Personal Injury claims is essential
