This role offers the opportunity to work with an evolving business where well being and work life balance is important. Coupled with that, this is a hugely varied role across both Payroll & HR.
- End to end payroll
- Statutory processes (reports to HMRC, Pensions, Apprenticeship Levy)
- Reconciliation of reports
- Liaison with HMRC
- Dealing with enquiries from staff
- Generalist HR Administration
The successful candidate will have established experience with the above and be an organised individual Strong IT skills are also essential, as is the ability to build relationships across the business using excellent communication skills. We are looking for somebody with end to end payroll knowledge, and somebody willing to take on additional tasks.
