Our client, a well-resourced not-for-profit organisation in Loddon, is looking for an experience Payroll processor to join their dedicated Finance team. This full time role in a busy and challenging environment will be responsible for running Payroll and dealing with all associated queries, as well as other general duties.

Duties will include:
  • Processing of two Payrolls, including overtime sheets
  • Working closely with HR with regards to contracts, pensions and new starters
  • Organise payments to HMRC and pension providers
  • Processing Payroll journals
  • Creation of forecasts and analysis reports for Payroll to be discussed with the Finance Director
  • Processing expenses claims for inclusion in Payroll
  • Issuing and tracking Petty Cash
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in Payroll within a Finance team
  • Flexible approach to tasks
  • Impeccable eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of PAYE and National Insurance
  • Strong IT skills, especially with Payroll software
  • Good communication skills
