This role is part time, around 2 to 3 days per week.
Duties will include:
Management of processing & administration of the weekly/monthly payroll
Liaison with managers to ensure any necessary timesheets are correctly completed, authorised & received
Assist in the production of payroll calculations as required including maternity, paternity and redundancy payments
Producing weekly reports
Deal with pay related queries
Proactively improve, implement and maintain Payroll administration processes and procedures
