There is a brilliant new opportunity for a part-time Sales Ledger to join a great team based in the outskirts of Ipswich. The role is 14 hours, Thursday- Friday. You will sit in a team of 8 and report to the Sales Ledger Manager.

Key duties:

• Responsibility for ensuring customers pay promptly in accordance with agreed payment terms, focusing on enhancing accurate cash flow reporting to minimise bad debts
• Deal with customer account queries promptly
• Monitor customer credit limits regularly by using the credit checking agency
• Ensure that all cash is allocated in a timely manner
• Notify the Claims department of any deducted monies regarding claim issues
• Input invoices into customers' own systems accurately

Qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in a Credit Control or Sales Ledger position
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Numerically accurate and able to prioritise

• Effective team player
• Strong attention to detail
