This role reports to the HR Services Manager of a world class research organisation based on a beautiful campus in south Cambridgeshire.
This is a rare oppportunity to develop your HRIS skills and knowledge by joining an established HR Services Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR systems to meet process and complaince requirements.
You will take the technical lead in areas such as managing the testing and deployment of regular system patches or upgrades, delivering system optimisation work, implementing additional system functionality or technical lead on future implementation activity. You will provide advice on the best practice use of the system, continuous improvements and ensure the delivery of first-rate user experience.
You will have experience of working in HR with a strong HR systems background. This will include the ability to build HR reports and to extract, interpret and analyse complex the data to produce accompanying narrative analysis to communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical staff.
The role will suit a flexible, proactive and resourceful professional looking for the next challenge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, advanced excel and HRIS experience as well as good attention to detail and the ability to manage, plan and prioritise a varied workload are also required.
