You will be the first point of contact for employees providing advice and guidance
Managing the recruitment process and inductions
Coordinating and delivering L&D activity including technical and HR softer skills
Develop the HR strategy and values alongside the Head of Business Services
Managing employee relations case work
This role will suit an experienced HR Generalist who is looking for a part-time HR Manager role within an open, professional and quality driven environment.
You will be CIPD qualified or working towards it as well up to date on UK employment law.
Hours are 22.5 per week to be worked over four days including a Friday.
